2026 Book Sale

The Book Sale will be at St. John’s UCC, 1811 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg, PA, on the following dates and times:

 

October 23 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
October 24 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
October 25 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Donation Information

Accepted Items

We welcome new and used books on all subjects, including paperbacks. We also welcome CDs, DVDs, audio books (on CD), puzzles, and board games.

We respectfully decline textbooks, encyclopedias, books that are musty, cassette tapes, and VHS videos.

St. John's UCC

Donate books beginning Monday, August 31 to Friday, October 9 (+ two Saturdays, September 19 & October 10)

M-F 9 am to 3 pm

Please, call (717) 263-8593 for pickup of large quantities. All donations should be boxed.

Note: Saturday drop off days on September 19 and October 10 will be from 9 am to 1 pm at Mobile Works (2116 LWE).

Habitat for Humanity ReStore

Donate books at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore on LWE in Chambersburg, Wednesday to Saturday during store hours, beginning August 31 thru October 10.

Donate books at Patriot Federal Credit Union branches in Franklin County, Monday to Friday during business hours, beginning August 31 thru October 10.
