Church School classes for children are Sundays at 8:45 am

We are glad to offer the following classes:
Godly Play (for young children, ages 2.5-K)
Spark! Lectionary (for kids 1-6 grade)
Teen Discussion Class (for kids 7-12 grade)

First workday for VBS Camp Firelight!

More about our newest class: Godly Play! Geared especially for younger children, the Godly Play method is a curriculum of spiritual practice exploring the mystery of God’s presence in our lives. The Godly Play curriculum engages what is most exciting about religious education: God inviting us into–and pursuing us in the midst of–Scripture and spiritual experience. Godly Play practice teaches us to listen for God and to make authentic and creative responses to God’s call in our lives. It is a hands-on, manipulative, interactive storytelling approach. The Godly Play curriculum guides participants through self-discovery, which is fundamental to the Montessori tradition from which Godly Play developed. We are very excited to begin offering this new class for our children!
