Feel Good Yoga- Currently not in session due to COVID-19

Learn proper alignment and breathing in standard yoga poses, as well as the opportunity to try something new with guidance and step by step instructions. Props will be used when needed.
This is an ideal class for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced student who want to be refreshed on the basics. No experience is required.
Wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement you will be bending and stretching.
Yoga is practiced barefoot being barefoot allows more grip on the mat in various poses.
On Tuesdays, at 5:30 p.m.
The cost is $5 Mats, blocks, and straps are available, but feel free to bring your own.
